With summer coming to an end and back to school soon approaching, preppy plaids, argyles, and cable knits are becoming more popular for the season.Plaids are being done in a more updated way with painterly effects in prints and adding texture in wovens.

We have developed carpets with our 3D robotuft machine to make your home just as cozy as your Fall sweater.  We have also incorporated plaids in our flat weave rugs/cushions and printed dhurries. So let's get excited for Fall.

In Bloom

It is finally Springtime and soft floral patterns are trending in both fashion and the home. Wear denim florals and dresses or introduce wallpaper, floral pillows and rugs into the home. Most florals are in pastel colors in pinks, soft purples and mint greens this season.

And in case you need need rugs to trend up your home you know where to get them ;)

 

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas. Screen printing is also a stencil method of print making in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface. It is also known as silkscreen, serigraphy, and serigraph printing.

So this spring, while we were busy as bees trying to figure out our next creative move, we decided to incorporate a bit of screen printing into our agenda. Here's a glimpse of some of it being done at the factory.

Its spring and the floral motif is taking us full on, so we're doing it all through screen printing.
